On 20-22 March 2023, the International Food and Drink Event IFE trade fair was held in London, in which we had the pleasure of participating. The organiser of the Polish national stand is the National Agricultural Support Centre, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as part of the implementation of activities promoting Polish agri-food products on foreign markets. It is the largest food industry exhibition event in the UK and a platform for sourcing products for buyers from the retail, wholesale, distribution, import and export and catering sectors. The event brings together more than 1,500 exhibitors from around the world. Despite the UK’s exit from the European Union, the UK market remains an important destination for Polish agri-food exports.
